These Terms govern your use of watchvaulttracker.com (“this site”), published by Aveneg Technologies, LLC (“the Company”, “we”, “us”). They do not license the Watch Vault Tracker app, which is not yet available.

1. What this site is

This site is informational. It describes Watch Vault Tracker, an app in development, and provides a way to contact us. It offers no accounts, purchases or subscriptions, and no place to submit content of your own.

2. The app and its licence

Watch Vault Tracker has not been released. What this site says about it describes an app in development and may change before release; nothing here is an offer to sell or a promise of a feature, a price or a date. The licence terms that govern the app will be published on this page before the app is released.

3. Acceptable use

You may view and share pages from this site for lawful purposes. Automated access is welcome: search engines, AI assistants and other crawlers may access, index, quote and summarise this site’s public content, consistent with our robots.txt. You may not present this site’s content as your own, or use it to imply an affiliation with, or endorsement by, the Company that does not exist.

4. Intellectual property

The text, design, illustrations and marks on this site belong to Aveneg Technologies, LLC. The watches illustrated on this site are drawings with invented names; they depict no maker’s product. Any third-party names referenced belong to their owners, and referencing them does not imply endorsement in either direction.

5. Links to other sites

This site links to the Company’s other sites and may link to other resources. Each is governed by its own terms. We are not responsible for the content of sites we do not operate.

6. No warranty

This site is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that its content is complete, current or free of error, or that the site will always be available.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page is the version in effect.
